Over/Under runs : All orders are subject to an over/under runs of 10% and will be billed accordingly.
Changes/Cancellations: All orders are firm. No changes can be done once the sample proof is approved. Changes in quantity can be made prior to the start of production. If a change in quantity occurs after the completion of any portion of the production, the change will be treated as a separate order and billed accordingly. Any change made after the start of production will delay shipping. Cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by Cheeringstuff.com. No cancellation can be made once the order has been shipped. A cancellation charge might apply. Contact us for more details.
Custom Cheering Sticks Samples: Random custom cheering sticks samples are available for $10 (will be credited on your order).

Minimum Orders: There is no minimum order for all retail orders (single/multiple pieces). For our house accounts, the minimum order is $100.
SHIPPING INFO
We ship most orders within 48 hours. Our preferred shipping companies are Fedex, Same Day Right-O-Way and Canada post. We will be glad to ship your order with any other company if you provide us your account number. You can also come to our warehouse to pick your order. Please call us to make arrangement.
CHEERING STICKS PACKING INFO
Packing: Packed as pairs in a plastic bag with a straw. 500 Pairs Per Case.
Material: Our cheer sticks are made of polyethylene.
Weight: Approximate 34 lbs (15.42 kg) per case of 500 pairs.
Size of Case : 18" x 13" x 10" (46 x 33 x 25 cm)
Orders needed within 1-2 weeks, a RUSH charge might be added (except for stock cheering sticks).
Payment options and sales terms
All orders must be pre-paid.
All orders have to be approved by writing before being valid.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), money orders, cheques (must be cleared before) or net 30 days on house accounts in good standing order (upon the acceptation of our credit department).
Our prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice.
GUARANTEE
All merchandise distributed by Cheeringstuff.com is unconditionally guaranteed to be free from defects of material and workmanship. Any defective merchandise has to be returned in its original packaging and will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Please contact our customer service for more information.
ARTWORK GUIDELINES

Uploading artwork: In preparing your computer generated artwork, please follow the guidelines listed:
We are PC based, but do work with Macs. We prefer vector based computer generated art in Adobe Illustrator 9.0 or earlier versions. With all fonts converted to objects.
We accept artwork in the following file formats:
- .ai
- .eps
- .cdr,. jpg, .tiff, .bmp & .gif files are acceptable, but they are usually low resolution files, make sure they are at least 300 minimum resolution (600 preferred) and at 100% finished image size. Artwork charges may apply for all files sent in one of these formats.
To be sure your art is output correctly, please include:
- All EPS or TIFF files placed in your art.
- Include all printer and screen fonts OR convert your fonts to objects.
- Compressed files: .sit, .zip, .sea.
Artwork Changes/Services: Art charges are not included in our prices and will be billed at a rate of $40.00 per hour (1 hour min.). Art charges will be invoiced to all artwork that are not “ready to print” format. If any, all additional charges will be shown on the sales confirmation and will have to be confirmed by you before completion. Complete art services are available upon request from the Cheeringstuff.com Art Department .
Other Artwork Concerns
Copy Changes: Please contact our customer service at 1.866.913.0303 for a quote.
Custom Art Changes: There is a charge of $60/hour for art services. Ordinarily, these changes occur when we need to improve low resolution files or create custom imprints and logos.

All artworks have to be authorized by its owner/creator. Cheeringstuff,com cannot, in any time, be held responsible for illegal use of Copyrights and Registered Trademarks logos and/or visuals being used on its products.
FUNDRAISING TIPS
IDENTIFY
The first step is to dress a list of eventual sponsors that would be willing to collaborate to your event. Several local companies are looking for opportunities like your event to promote their product or business. Restaurants, bars, garages, sport shops, convenience stores, etc. are good examples of companies that would be willing to collaborate to your event.
Even Cheeringstuff.com will be happy to sponsor your event. We will deduct 5% of the total invoice if you accept us to add our name and logo on any of our cheering items.
CONTACT YOUR PROSPECTS
Try to have an appointment with the business’ owner/manager and explain him your plan. Explain him how his contribution will help your event to be a success and remind him that his company will be well seen during the event. Offer him to add some ads at different locations to increase his business’ visibility. Don’t be shy… it really works!
